About this site
Our mission
We're here to help people take back their time and attention from social media, with clear information, practical tools, and a path to real support. These are complicated times, and they may stay that way. We believe no one should have to figure this out alone.
What we believe
Struggling isn't a personal failing.
Many platforms are designed to be hard to put down. Finding it difficult to cut back is a normal response to a powerful design, not a sign of weakness.
Social media isn't all bad.
It connects people, builds community, and gives many a voice. Our goal isn't to shame anyone off it. It's to help people use it on their own terms.
Evidence first, honestly presented.
We cite our sources, favor public health bodies and peer-reviewed research, and say plainly where scientists disagree. We'd rather be accurate than alarming.
Families need support, not blame.
Parents are navigating something no previous generation faced. We aim to offer guidance that strengthens relationships rather than straining them.
We're in this together.
Changing a habit is easier with company. Whether you're here for yourself or someone you love, we hope you find some of that here.
